61st Program Year - Ninth MeetingMay 10, 2010Tanoan Country Club10801 Academy Boulevard NEPaths to Peace in the Critical Next Twelve Months in Sudan![]() Jonathan Temin is a Program Officer in the Center for Mediation and Conflict Resolution, United States Institute for Peace, where he focuses on Sudan and leads the Institute's Sudan team. Prior to joining the Institute he spent five years with the non-governmental organization CHF International designing development and peace-building programs throughout Africa and elsewhere. He has working experience in more than a dozen countries across Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe. He is the author of more than a dozen publications focusing on Africa, conflict, governance, and media in respected journals, edited volumes and newspapers. Mr. Temin is an adjunct professor at Webster University, teaching graduate-level courses on Africa and humanitarianism. He holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College and an M.A. in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. He is a former Fulbright Fellow in Ghana.
